This was a short but impactful engagement where we delivered a piece of key functionality which we know will be helpful to both Investors Group’s clients and advisors. I had the pleasure of working with you on the Fraser PRM Discovery project, after a long time not being staffed together. It was great to work with you on a small engagement, with a new client and in the healthcare industry... Not only are you truly a technical magician in Salesforce (and other systems), you are also a great coach: you were able to share complex and complicated solutions to all types of audiences... You make it so that people get the idea from your explanations; you do not provide the solution you already have in your mind to them. That is fantastic mentorship and coaching that I had rarely seen done that well before. Thank you for the hard work on the Fraser PRM Discovery and for the great outcomes. Prishan is leading a large pursuit (4 mil +) at MSI. We did a presentation to the client today that went well with Prishan leading the discussion around the scope. His attention to detail and his extremely deep knowledge of the scope was impressive. Prishan is a fantastic leader because he... 1. Cares about the wellbeing of his team members. He encourages his team to rest when they need it, to take breaks, and always stands up for his team. 2. Pushes his team members to learn new things and acquire new skills... 3. Inspires his team to work hard and to push themselves to be better. Prishan empowered me to try the role of Solution Engineer/Solution Architect in this process for a feature that I have closely worked on within a completely different setting, which I enjoyed a lot! Prishan helped me understand the problem the client (Sierra) was trying to solve. He helped me on board and unblocked when I was stuck with technical issues in a timely manner. Prishan helped me realize how to present solutions to client in a simple and direct manner.

Prishan was a inspirational mentor throughout the MSI M&A engagement. Prishan’s role: Program Architect on Avigilon account... I have been working with closely with Prishan since day 1 of Discovery in December 2019. I really enjoy working with Prishan and feel lucky to be part of his team... Prishan! What an adventure it's been on this 'staff aug' that ended in a real Sales Forecasting Tool Monster for Avigilon. Thank you so much for your hard work, your support and dedication. I was amazed that you were able to wear so many hats, including picking up code from someone else after years with no coding. I was impressed by your skills to find and resolve bugs, always looking for improvements and making sure you were keeping the client happy and satisfied. Lastly, I appreciated your help even when in Toronto and flying back late to make it happen. You also took ownership of some of our errors and I am sure you will remember our learning for the future. Again, thank you so much, I was very lucky to be part of this project with you.

I had the pleasure of working with Prishan as an intern at Groundswell Cloud Solutions, my first job in the IT industry. From our first interview over the phone to our time together at the company, Prishan was not only a talented and knowledgeable member of the technical team, but more importantly saw unrealized potential and fostered growth within myself and the other junior team members. I owe so much of my professional career growth to Prishan's mentoring and leadership, and it is without a doubt that the teams and individuals that work with Prishan are lifted to greater heights as a result of his positivity and care.

Prishan is one of those very unique individuals you meet once in a lifetime - someone whose genuine positivity, personal values, and care for others is immediately apparent. I had the pleasure of working with Prishan over the last three years as he grew from being an individual contributor to a respected leader within our organization. Prishan was an excellent manager. As an intern, I was very new to the Salesforce world. He made sure any questions/concerns I had were responded to and resolved as soon as possible. We scheduled monthly one-on-one meetings where he would ask how things were going, how things can improve, and where/how I want to progress in my career. Prishan was always willing to improve, occasionally asking what things can he do better (even though there was very little he can do to improve; he was always great!). Prishan is a kind co-worker, an excellent manager, and a great person. Thanks for making my transition so smooth and worry-free!

Prishan is without a doubt the most caring and helpful manager. It was (and still is) an honor to have him as my mentor as I entered the industry, and I've been experiencing tremendous growth under his tutelage ever since. Prishan is a positive, result oriented team player. He always work hard and is willing to go extra miles to make things better.
